1) The order wasn't shipment. If you want to cancel the order, please contact us. Confirm whether we have shipment. If we did not deliver goods, we can you handle cancellation. The bank will charge a fee of $10 per order. (for instance you order to pay $100: refund amount: 100-10 = $90)
